1. Click on the Search icon


  2. Search Control Panel



  3. Click on Open when it is found


  4. Click on Devices & Printers

  5. Right-click on the Copier you want to set your Copier code on then choose Printing Preferences



  6. Click on the Others tab, then enter your copier code into the Department Code text box. Click OK.



  7. You will now no longer be asked to enter in your Copier Department Code when you print documents to this copier.  Repeat the steps above for other copiers.
