1. Go to www.Outlook.com and click the Sign In button

  2. Enter in your St. Pete Beach email address, then enter in your St. Pete Beach password

  3. Click on calendar icon at the bottom



  4. Click on Add Calendar



  5. Choose Add from directory on the left-side, then begin typing a conference room you want to add (ex. type "upstairs" to pull up the Upstairs Conference Room)



  6. Click on the calendar you want to add, then click the Add button

  7. The calendar will now appear under your list of calendars to View
