- Go to www.Outlook.com and click the Sign In button
- Enter in your St. Pete Beach email address, then enter in your St. Pete Beach password
- Click on calendar icon at the bottom
- Click on Add Calendar
- Choose Add from directory on the left-side, then begin typing a conference room you want to add (ex. type "upstairs" to pull up the Upstairs Conference Room)
- Click on the calendar you want to add, then click the Add button
- The calendar will now appear under your list of calendars to View
