If you are joining a virtual Commission meeting with the potential of speaking during an agenda item:

  1. Go to the Public’s Zoom link located on our Meetings & Agendas webpage http://www.stpetebeach.org/watch-meetings.html

  2. Follow the prompts to enter in name, email, and Register for the meeting

  3. Join the Zoom meeting around 6pm with a laptop, tablet, or mobile phone (device must have a microphone)

  4. Once you join the meeting, you’ll be in the meeting as a Panelist listening/watching the meeting just like any other resident (we can’t see or hear you)

  5. During the meeting, if they sound like they have questions for either of you OR anything along those lines, I will ENABLE and UN-MUTE your microphone (we will only be able to hear you, not see you)

  6. If they ask you a question, feel free to respond and talk

  7. Once they are done with your agenda item, I will you MUTE your microphone

  8. If they sound like they are going to ask another question for you later in the meeting, I will again UN-MUTE your microphone
