  1. Update Microsoft Edge to the latest version

  2. Delete the History & Cache from Microsoft Edge - see directions

  3. If you still see a blue loading circle, click the Reply button on an email & verify the entire email message loads.  If so, click the Discard button to discard the Reply.

  4. Verify the other email messages are able to load
