Completely close the app and re-open the app
- Double-tap on the Home button to bring up the list of apps running in the background
- Swipe up on the Verizon PTT app

Restart the iPhone
- Hold down the Side button until the Slide to Power Off message appears
- To power back on, just hold down the Sleep button on the side until the Apple logo appears
- Verify your Location Servers are set to "Always Allow"
- Bring your phone to the IT Department so we can re-install the Verizon Push to Talk app on your iPhone
