1. Completely close the app and re-open the app
    1. Double-tap on the Home button to bring up the list of apps running in the background
    2. Swipe up on the Verizon PTT app

  2. Restart the iPhone
    1. Hold down the Side button until the Slide to Power Off message appears
    2. To power back on, just hold down the Sleep button on the side until the Apple logo appears

  3. Verify your Location Servers are set to "Always Allow"
