1. Launch Microsoft Edge web browser on your computer



  2. Go to www.Office.com 
    1. If needed, click Sign In and sign in with your St. Pete Beach email account & password

  3. Click on OneDrive on the left-side



  4. Click New and choose Folder and give it a name
    Note: If you want to stay organized, click the New Folder in the folder you want this located in Example:  External\Open Records Request\2021\xxxxx



  5. After folder is created, click on the Share icon

  6. Select Anyone with the link and Allow editing (only if you want them to upload files to you), then click Apply
    1. Disable "Allow Editing" if you don't want anyone to be able to Upload or Modify the files in this folder - only allow them to view & download the files



  7. Click the Copy Link button and then send the link that OneDrive gives you to the person(s) in an email
