- Open the Shoretel Communicator program on your computer
- Click on Tools, then select Options
- Click on Custom on the left-side. Choose the Always option
- Click the Change Destination button and type in your cell phone number, then click OK
- When you are ready for the phone calls to Forward to your cell phone, click on Call Handling Mode on the left side, then select Custom for the call handling type. Click Apply
- When you want to have your calls go back to your Office phone, select Standard from the call handling mode
