- Open the Shoretel Communicator program on your computer
- Click on Tools, then select Options
- Click on Standard on the left-side. Choose the Always option under Forward Calls
- Click the Change Destination button and type in your cell phone number, then click OK
- When you want to have your calls go back to your Office phone, see Step 3 above and change the option back to Never so the calls don't continue to Forward.
