- Press the Voicemail button or dial your extension number
- “Welcome to the Shortel…” enter your password and then pound
- Press 7 for Mailbox options
- Press 6 for personal greeting (“Bob Bobson”) press # to keep it
If you do not know your voicemail password, please contact the IT department to have it changed.
