1. Go to your Outlook Calendar to create a calendar event




  2. Create a Calendar Event as normal



  3. In the Location field, click on the Location button and select the Room where you are having the meeting (ex. Upstairs Conference Room)



  4. Enter in any additional Event details (ex. add people to the meeting, attachments, etc) and then click the Save button to save/publish the event. The event then shows up on your calendar and the Room calendar (Note: The Upstairs Conference Room calendar requires approval from Eileen before it gets posted to the Upstairs Conference Room Calendar
