If you want to receive an audio file attached to an email for voicemails that you receive, follow the steps below.
Useful for staff working remotely or in the field and want to listen to their voicemails.
- Open the Shoretel Communicator program on your computer
- Click on Tools, then select Options
- Click on Voicemail on the left-side
- Select Email Wave File and enter in your email address
- When you receive a new voicemail, you'll get an email with the audio file attached. Double-click on it to listen to it
